Terms of service

By accessing or using Grapevine (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• Notify us immediately at security@grapevine.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for the activity of all users you invite to your workspace.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

• Fees are charged to the payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Grapevine aggregates publicly available media. You agree to use the Service lawfully. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Service to harass, surveil, or unlawfully profile individuals.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its data feeds.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the integrity of the platform.

Media mentions surfaced by Grapevine originate from third-party publishers and remain the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited license to view and internally analyze that content through the Service.

The Service itself — including its software, design, and aggregated analytics — is owned by Grapevine Labs, Inc. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

Grapevine uses machine learning to summarize coverage, score sentiment, and estimate how AI assistants describe your brand. These outputs are probabilistic and provided for informational purposes. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for material decisions without independent verification.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to Grapevine or others. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that monitoring is comprehensive, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that every relevant mention will be captured.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grapevine Labs, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these terms to reflect changes in the Service or the law. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
